These apartments are alright. the staff is really nice. Always greet you with a smile. Maint. is pretty bad. I have a leak in my roof and its been like that since i moved in, ive reported it twice maybe three times and they still havent done anything about it except come in and paint my stained wall. And the few times that maint. has been in my apt. they left tar or something on my carpet that i will have to pay for when i move out. another thing i hate is the dumpster is on the other end of the apts. there should be at least two for the size of the property. the roads are too narrow going through there too. Security is alright at the gate, but even then they dont really do their job, they let anybody through. and when you have a complaint they dont look into it. my apts. only came with lights in the bathroom, the kitchen, and a dim light in the living room. the rest of the apt. has to be lit by lamps. its a real hassle. the apts. are nice, just too pricy.
