During the day the place is ok, but at night it seems the residents go CRAZY! I live near the pool and huge groups of people go down EVERY night and make tons of noise to the point that no one can sleep. Security really seems to be whimpy as they don't do anything about it when you call them, or arrive 2 hours later after everyone has gone home. There was one incident where I called security but they didn't come and a fight broke out because a resident decided to take measures into their own hands. The other residents here are really rude too, I've even been threatened before. I don't really have any problems with the maintenance, they've always come quickly and fixed everything fine and they're all very friendly. Management really seems to have a problem with trying to please everyone so they don't react to complaints as they should, but at least they try to do SOMETHING! But over all I wouldn't live around the pool and in fact am getting out as soon as possible.
