RUN SCREAMING From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I lived there for 3 years and it was good until they were bought by a new management company and now it is horrible! I did not have hot water for 2 weeks which they would not deduct any monies from my rent for, and had water damage for 3 months......Mitsy is the worst manager I have ever run into, Budget Suites was better than this!!!!!! RUN SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
