I've been here for 2 yrs or more. I rented on 2005 with 850..something for 2 beds, 2 baths. I was pleased because of the staff. Time goes by, the rent is up, the staff are changed, the rules are changed. These buidling are so old. Do you know how much I have to pay now' 990.00 with old apartment upstair. However, I am not here to complain about the payment. Sure, it's high but at least it's convinced on location...and because of my roommate. I am here to complain about the new staff with bad ATTITUDE.
1/ These are old building. Do you know what's happended for old building. They are down..sink is brokend down, washing machine did not work well, carpet is too old. So, I ended up coming down frequently to office to ask if there is any workmanship available to come up and HAVE A LOOK the problem. It would take around 5 or 10 mins to check...I don't need them to fix rite away because I can tell they are busy around. BUT, i've waited for 2 or 3 days after my third request. DID you know what I got..ATTITUDE. Funny things were those attitudes were not coming from the workmanship (I supposed they should have because they're persons who maintenance things around here). THOSE come from office staff. Ridiculous. Did I ASk for you pity' I paid. remember''' One more thing I can say about the workmanship. NICE if compare to the staff with whole women making up too much or talking bossy. I'm sorry to who treated me nicely. So sorry.
2/ PARKING: I paid to live here, not for you ordering me by pointing out the parking and tell "you're not supposed to part in the future parking." I know, but for god sake. WE ALL ARE HUMAN. DID you suppose me to remember where should I park ..like in my emergency moment''' AND, I really hate people when talking like my boss..pointing out at something like the way you did (yes, you..the big, tallest lady in the office. I won't mention your name. But, I won't forget that moment you pointed out the parking like you were ordering me). DID I pay for be treated like that' Remember, I paid to rent. I did not pay to be treated like an idiot. DID I ever rise my eye brow to talk to you as staff like that'''' I do believe you have cameras around in your office. I still remember that moment. You and red hair lady (I believe she is not working anymore).
3/ PARKING again: People, you want to hear this..funny thing. The office staff are doing the slogan for coming valentine "WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS". That's.... There was one time, I was wrong to park in unit parking_I thought no one rented the unit owning that parking..Every apartment should have one parking. So, I parked. Then, I got warning flyer said...blah..blah...They sticked that flyer in my window mirror by some glue that I couldn't take it off by hand. I had to use car key to scratch it, wash and clean it. SO, what's the point if you said "love"' IF you care, you SHOULD THINK before do it.
---PLease be concerned as new residents, you should know any lease office will do ANYTHING to get you on signing the contrast. BUT...LET's wait to see what will they change after they get us as becoming the resident. They changed their attitude. PLEASE DONT rent this POLO if you don't want to spend horror time like me. I am staying now for my roommate and for my study. SOON I'll graduate, i will move out rite away. NO REGRETS. WHY' Paying 990.00 for old apartment, for those attitude...it's not worth.
---MANAGERS: if you are reading this (Accidentially), pleased be advised that I am not trying to be mean resident. I am here to tell the truths that I kept inside until it's out of my hand. YOU only see your employees nice when YOU're there. YOU don't know what they will do after you left or sit in the office with closed door. PLEASE, if you want people coming to rent, please go through with the office staff to explain what's the meaning of word "MAKE resident HAPPY AND Stay longer with us" EVen I Am not sure about business, but there is one thing that it will decide the business running well. IT's staff attitude. Don't treat current resident like stupid or silly people. Because they will the one decide to stay or not. REMEMBER. Every people have their own mouth to talk, ears to listen and eyes to see. Don't let this ruin your business and the true meaning of "Welcome home" you put in front of the office.
