A While back I wrote a good review after only being in the complex about 2 weeks well things have changed or I have become aware of the usual. Ive never been in an apartment were the noise from the next unit travels so well!! I meen we can hear a pin drop next door! The parking is great for us cause we had a 1 bdr up str unit so it is right infront of the stairs.. But the price to value is not there.. We recently purchased a brand new 3350 sqft Home for only $380 a month more then we were paying for a 900 sqft 1 bd unit.. Not to mention they made us pay a full months rent when the lease ran out only 10 days into the month...

I don't agree with this i think that Positano is a nice community i moved in 2 months ago and the noise is not that bad i live down stairs and have no problems going to sleep at night. But as far as your house goes that sounds like a good deal but you never said how much you were paying at positano so who knows if it was really a rip off or if you were just mad and saying things out of anger.
