The parking situation is horrible.

A lot of times I have to park 1/4 from my apartment to park! Seems like there is a kids pool party every weekend too.

I know when I moved in I was asked if I needed guest parking because part of the property has only a few open spaces and the whole back and side part had TONS of open spaces. You probably should have asked about parking befor selecting a unit.
