The Focus is no longer on you. As Princess is in the process of possibly going condo, they are not even sure if they want tenants anymore. Leases are for no longer than a 6 month time frame, which means there is no ensurance of stability in living there. Especially after this summer, tenants may get an eviction notice at any time.
I moved out when the rent skyrocketed and they implemented water fees per tenant. This was done without being able to inform the tenant as to what the cost would even be.

Manager: Clueless

Staff: Two of the three very good.

Parking: Terrible. Be expected to walk a long ways to your car from your apt. Not true in all cases but even the Apt Locating Services are aware that Princess has a parking problem.

Maintenance: Ok. Usually were pretty prompt but don't expect anything to be fixed right the first time.

Grounds: Nice - lawn and trees.
