FROM THE FIRST DAY WE LEASED THERE WE HAD PROBLEMS THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNORGINAZED, THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY'RE TURNING INTO CONDOS. NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY TRY TO FIX THESE APARTMENTS THERES NO WAY THAT I WOULD EVER CONSIDER BUYING ONE. FROM THE INSIDE THEY'RE PRETTY OLD AND RUN DOWN THE CHOICE OF COLOR OF THE PROPERTY IS DISGUSTING AND THE PARKING SUCKS, ON TOP OF THAT I THINK ITS OVERLY PRICED, I COULD GO DOWNTOWN AND FIND MYSELF A BETTER LOOKING APARTMENT FOR HOW MUCH I PAID THERE. AS YOU CAN TELL MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY!!
