I rented my apartment there based on what was a good act by the manager at the time, Cindy. I would later come to find out just how unprofessional, unethical, uncaring she was as well as how undescribably lazy the maintenance staff was as well as the overall office support staff. I had to pay a non-refundable cleaning deposit to move it, YET, WHEN I ARRIVED, THERE WERE PUBIC HAIRS ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND FECAL MATTER IN THE TOILET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I needed the pole in the bedroom closet that holds my clothes sanded down because it was splintered wood that gave me splinters when I first moved my clothes in, the maintenance guy came to the door and my ELDERLY mother answered it and he HANDED HER a piece of sand paper and said "Here's for the closet, I gotta go, it's my birthday and they're waiting for me at the office to have cake."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LAZY doesn't even begin to describe that bull#%$!

WHEN I SAY IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, IT WAS! From start to finish, which was only 2 months later because I couldn't take it anymore and called their corporate office and told them that if they didn't let me out of my lease for all of the unbelievable, unnecessary, unprofessional and disgusting things I'd had to endure to that point in time I'd sue them. Needless to say, they let me out of my lease without any penalty, BEYOND WHAT LIVING THERE WAS!!!!!!!!!!

The nicest part of that rat hole was the office! Too bad the staff were rats! If you have good credit and appreciate professionalism, honesty and decency in those that you do business with, do NOT rent from this place or the property management company that oversees it because they have to know what's going on! I didn't know any better because I hadn't been to Vegas before and I trusted that lying piece of garbage manager when she fed me her bull because when I open my mouth, what comes out is the truth and sincere; thus I was naive enough to think I was getting what I gave. (Little did I know that she was going to be par for the course in that evil town.) And oh yeah, on my last day there while doing my laundry, something in the washer burst and created a big flood! A TOTAL nightmare even up to the last minute!

I can't help but laugh. Where was your review 6 years ago, when it might have mattered? The place is now condos and isn't even called Princess any more.

aaa well condos or not i have been here my self since cindy and whole bunch of other management co took over and unfortunately its only getting worst ...due to personal situation i am kinda stuck for now but i cant wait to get out of this rat hole my self...oh and now that its "condos" unless you are an owner (and there are very few)you dont even have a gate access...so bad they left us without water for 32 hours!!till housing dept fined them good!!!!one last thought there is not even mangmnt now the "owners"are now managing!!!!!!lol because nobody wants to stick around when nothing is being taken care off!!! i heard that about 20 apts emptied the last 2 months and just 4 move in!!!! dont even drive by and something else you might get jumped by pitbulls, ciaos and all sort of animals running around free nobody cares and i feel for these dogs not for their irresponsible owners......my lease is up in 3 months and i will have to move out as much as its going to cost me!!!!the worst by far place i ve ever lived in 4 countries!!!!!!!and this review is 2009 not 6yrs ago!
