ok angry person just so you know all roofs were redone. and since i am a roofer i can tell you there are lots of times i think a roof is fixed but low and behold its not. somtimes you just hope you got the right spot with a patch. i love it here, the manager cares the staff and maintanance guys are always friendly, and my work orders always get done. i was laid off and any other place would have evicted me but they were patient and let me work out a payment plan. the apartments are not new but really nice. and we have no scummy people living here, so i feel my kids are safe at the play area.
