i lived here for a year, it was pretty good in the beginning. the view is great, and the grounds tend to stay clean. its kinda far away from pretty much anything, so unless you work on the base or on the east side of town be prepared to drive. the maintaince staff never actually fixed anything i requested to be fixed. they even broke my toliet during a repair to the point where i had flooding into my bedroom. not the worst ever, and the price is affordable for a decent place, just needs a little work
