I hate this complex. It was cool when i had originally moved in almost 2 years ago (different management).
****This place has turned in to South Central Los Angeles (no lease required rentals.)*****
The gang members fight amongst each other, and leave their children unattended, resulting in child-gang mocking. These Child-Bangers harass and assault innocent children, who are merely riding their bikes, trying to enjoy themselves. I have ABANDONED my lease without care of eviction notices or, what have you.
I was in constant fear of a burglary or robbery of my home and possessions. I'd rather have an eviction on my record then stay another day in constant fear of urban filth.
People smoking pot on the balcony, trash everywhere, rampant vandals, car theft, ROACH INFESTATIONS!!! This complex has gone straight to hell, on roller blades.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. EVER. EVER EVER EVER..... EVER!
