Be warned I lost my security deposit 188.00 more. True done to me can be done to others.

I lived there for 6 months and felt unsafe. When i moved out they did not refund my security deposit instead they turned me over to a collection agency, for additional $188.00 and the security deposit. Very interesting, the manager at the time stated if i stayed within the owned community of the property management company that there would be not problem. so she lied to me, and i was not looking at the whole lease. I had moved to Waterford Park. No security on grounds but Metro Police Department would come an vist, from time to time. Pool was clean. The common area where the other pigs lived was ok. Management at the time needed training in cusomer service. I also felt that I was not welcome and unsafe. this is one of the lowest class places that ConAm ownes, I would hope.

Security deposits everywhere in Las Vegas are a total loss, but Quail Ridge has an eight-month "lease" arrangement, in which the lessee (that's you) owes them an additional month of rent if you move out before the eight-month lease is over.

I got a check in the mail about 7-10 days after I moved out and they refunded my the full security deposit. I was surprised ! ! ! Regarding the commom area: it worked out fine for a while but not most of the time. I would rather share an apartment with a roommate than have a commom area where nobody seems to be responsible and you cannot really talk to anybody about cleaning after yourself.
