I live here for almost 1.5 years, and just renewed my lease again. Honestly, the common areas are a mess most of the time. Most tenants think they can do whatever they want, don't clean up after themselves, and take no consideration of their quad-mates. In the beginning of my stay there was a girl living here who ate my food or put stuff into my food. Another girl moved in who acts as if she owns the kitchen, and puts all her stuff into it because she cannot get rid of anything. Since I asked her nicely to move some things, so I have some working space, she hasn't talked to me anymore.

Othere quad-mates are very nice, though, and it's also nice to have your own entrance. Management - unfortunately - cannot have any influence on how the people are who rent the rooms. If everybody would respect the other persons and try to be quiet (especially late at night) it would be a great place to live.

I guess, most people have to learn a lot in life before they should move into a place like this.

All in all, it's not a place too bad to live at, especially for the price, and even with roommates or neighbors you never know who lives next to you.
