I lived in Quail Tree Apartments for 8 months.My Last two months living there where hell. my neighbood thats lived underneath me.Said i had five people living with me three days after moving in. she complain about my puppy. I also had an issuse with: the roaches the spiders and the bees. outside i notise that ther was spider webs but on top of that maintenance does care about the kids that are outside they could get bit by a spider.They didnt care because if they did they would knock them down. Not just for the kids but for the elders there also. The apartments are infested with roaches and spiders its not even funny.The front office is all about bull s**t. they dont help or try to solve your problem at all. i no longer live there. This is to anyone who is choosening to move in at the Quail tree apartments. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into more apartments othr than them. its more out there then this piece of ---- hole. its like vactioning in HELLLLLLL!!!!!!!!! thank you

If the worst thing you mentioned is some spider webs then maybe you expect perfection.. There is no place that's perfect.
