	no parking, bad management, noisy, construction, just not a pleasant place to live. try to find something else before you resort to this crap hole.

	i live in quail tree for almost a year great place to live. maryann the manager nice lady to work with. i live in a one bedroom nice, clean and quiet. i due recommend this place.
