We have been residents at Rainbow Highlands for five years. We've lived in two of the three phases. The apartments are ideal in that every apartment is one floor. Nobody over you or under you. All have garages, all have fenced patios. These were major factors when we decided to move here. Maintenance guys are very nice and knowledgeable. The rent is fair. No huge increases. The office staff is good, but sometimes I think they get overwhelmed if you have any complaints or issues. They ARE nice and friendly, but I don't think they want to deal with issues should they arise. MOST of the people who live here are very nice. There are not a lot of children, but the ones who live here are good kids. Of course, there is always one resident who can ruin it for everyone and that makes it hard to deal with, especially at 1:00 AM. For the most part, I would recommend this place. I've been happy here with the exception of the last year and three months. And that is because of lousy neighbors, nothing else. Check it out. You might like it.
