i have had a insect issue since the day i moved in, i have called the office three times above this and each time they have said they would send someone out, haha but they don't come! so I'm covered in insect bites of some sort.. that only problam number one the list goes on folks.

i didn't really notice when we moved in that the two car garage is just that. two COMPACT cars maybe. even then you might have to crawl out your windows when both are in. and because of the washer and dryer placement in my unit it just makes it all the worse. and if you can't fit both your cars in your garage you can rent an extra parking lot for $50 per month... $50 i mean really=/ your only other alternative is to park on rainbow.. one of the busiest streets in town, and to top it off its only two hours max parking in the daytime hours.

when we moved in about six months ago, when we did the first walk though, the place was filthy.. i mean just flat out dirty, we told them either replace the carpet or we are goi8ng some where else.. they did, i really wish they had been as rude then as they are now.. i never would have moved in and saved a huge headache

we live with our front door facing rainbow.. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE.. unless you take comfort in police lights and what not all night long.

next note,
The patio walls are made of rotten wood panels. a good nights wind blows panels off ours. and the patio door, also rotten wood, doesn't open and close correctly anymore due to rot/splintering wood.
