We moved to Las Vegas alomost a year ago and found this place by chance. We have been extremely happy here. We have two young children and it is so great not having to worry about them bothering others above or below. We have had a couple minor repairs needed(to be expected anywhere you go things go wrong) but they have always been right over and had things fixed right away. The only real complaints that we have ever had is parking, the garages are small but we fit a compact and a SUV along with our washer and dryer and though it is tight is is able to be done. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live!
