We loved living in Rainbow Highlands. I had lived in another 2 story typical unit in LV, before moving into the highlands. The units are well constructed, so you are not hearing your neighbors. The private patio and attached garage makes it cottage living and not apartment. We moved due to our house being finished, yet were sad to go.
