Bad Neighborhood...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
The apartments are retro and spacious but old and a lot of things break. The management is not good about fixing things at ALL. I've had to call in a current work order five times since December and no one's been here STILL. Definately do not move in if you have kids. Bad, dangerous neighborhood. The cops are here daily.
