Yes, these are all things that happened either right outside our apartment or in the street very close by. Maybe you will feel safe since the cops are here every night.

I have lived in bad areas before and am aware that crime happens all over this town, but this pit is a magnet for that type of activity.

The management does not seem to care, some of their completely incompetent maintenance people are theives as well.

Be warned no matter what they tell you, it is not safe. When the gates do work, it doesn't matter because everyone around knows the gate code.

Don't count on them every fixing a problem with your apartment and good luck getting any deposit back no matter what.
