If you think the new management has done anything about the problems the other reviewers have mentioned, they haven't. My heat has been out for eight days now, and every night it has been between 40-50 degrees. Each day I go and listen to a new list of excuses about why the heat hasn't been fixed. They insist we must pay the entire rent even though neither my roommate nor I have been able to stay in the apartment for a week. We have a whole in our ceiling created by a leak back in September, it is now January, the hole is still there. We have non-functional electrical outlets that have been out since we moved in last June. The district manager does not return phone calls. Please just run from this place, the large spaces and low rent is not worth it!!!!
