I lived here in 2004. My wife went to pay the check for our renters insurance and they told her to come back at the beggining of the month because it would be easier to add to our rent. 4 days Later a fire was started in a vacant apartment that homeless people were squatting in without paying rent or having electricity. The management was notified of this several times, but failed to do anything. Aside from all the crime in the area - There were no sprinkler systems, all of the fire extinguishers in the hallways had been stolen and not replaced. Three building were burned down completely and we got no compensation at all, the management also was giving us a hard time about "breaking lease" after we were homeless and no longer had an apartment. Never move here.
