I HAVE LIVED HERE SENCE EARLY SUMMER, THE COMPLEX HAS CLEANED UP ALOT. THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I FEEL SAFEER HERE THEN MOST OTHER PLACES IN THE AREA. IT IS GOOD PLACE TO RAISE YOUR CHILDREN, OR TO START A FAMILY. I WALK HOME ALONE AT NIGHT AND I AM CONFORTABLE KNOWING I AM SAFE HERE. ALOT OF PEOPLE MAY KNOW THIS AREA AS A HIGH FAST CRIME AND DRUG PLACE, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE, THIS AREA HAS CHANGED ALOT. WE HAVE WONDERFUL SECURITY. THE OFFICE STAFF AND WORKING STAFF HERE ARE SO NICE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMENDED RAINWALK TO ANYONE LOOKING TO LIVE IN A SAFE AND NICE PLACE TO LIVE.

Obviously this was posted by an employee, or a blind person! I've lived there a year and a half, and it sucks! Raise a family??? Sounds like this person is a crack-head like everyone else in the "hood". There is a reason that the rent is affordable there, I hear gunshots at least twice a week, and I work weekend nights, so who knows what goes down then! Well see how this "newcomer" likes it after a couple more months of walking home late at night. I'm 6'6" and a trained martial artist, and I don't even get my mail after dark. Why? 3 knives and 2 guns pulled on me this year alone! Be safe...Not stupid.
