Bad, just bad.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
One of the windows in the bedroom was warped so badly it wouldn't lock, and the bracket for the blind was broken. The bathroom ventilation fan didn't work. There was a leak from the upstairs apartment into my bathtub, which they "fixed" about half way (including leaving a trowel in my shower), then it started leaking again a month later. The ceiling to the "patio" area (which, incidentally, was absolutely littered with all manner of debris when I moved in) collapsed shortly after I moved in. "Maintenance" took away that debris and left me looking up at the boards supporting the upstairs apartment's balcony for the remainder of my stay there. The fireplace didn't work because, according to the gas company's installer, they used the wrong type of switch. Some of the walls were concrete stone, the rest were paper thin. There was no peace or quiet; I could hear just about everything that went on in the community, especially the poundingly-bassy music and the kids screaming at the pool. And I mean screaming, leaving one guest of mine to deadpan, "Who's getting killed out there, and can they please hurry up'" I'm sure there was more, but that should give you a pretty good idea of what you'd be getting into at this place.
