Don't listen to anything these good posts say! Mold, roaches, prostitutes, drugs, cops, screaming kids, walls are paper thin (you know what that means), pools are always turning green and shut down for months at a time, mail boxes broke into and mail thrown everywhere all the time, and trash everywhere... not to mention animal crap and stray cats!!!! It's a freakin hazard...

This is a bogus review. The pools at Rainwalk Apartments have been inspected by the Health Department and are up and running. They have been redesigned to be in accordance with the Virginia Graham Baker law. As for the units tnemselves, we have no mold problems. If we did have problems the Health Departgment would fine us or shut us down. I have never gone to Court without a resident being there to try and get a stay of eviction. I do everything by the letter of the law when it comes to evictions because it is a very serious matter. I wish this person would have signed his or her name so I could answer their accusations better.

Up and running... you guys keep them running for a week, then they turn green and you lock them for months at a time... they should be inspected daily you neanderthal. Cut away at your walls you'd find mold.... give the health department a call, you have a problem and you know it. Stop hiding the surface stuff. Do everything by the letter of the law when it comes to eviction... I'd suggest you stop letting IQ Data International (rentcollect) stop doing the dirty business for you! They've been shut down in several states; hopefully here to for the illegal procedures them and those they represent take.
If I were you Eric, I'd find another apartment to rent... you don't want to end your career with this one!

i'm with anonymous here...there is mold, the pools are disgusting, the cockroach infestation is beyond gross, and the "gated entry" being broken for 8 months out of a year is a joke. Rainwalk, if you don't like what people are saying online maybe you should be working on making your apartments bettter rather than sending employees on here and posting fake positive reviews or calling real reviews "bogus".

Well I have been a living at Rainwalk for a year and a few months. Yea when you move in you have bugs. But hey spray and keep your apartment clean. They dont return if you keep yourself is clean. Mold never seen any anywhere. And gee you have to look at hte facts here these buildings have been standing since the 70's for gods sake you have to expect a little something. Maintance yea they slack on that maybe because theyy dont have enough staff. who knows But Eric Ill see you later on that issue.. LOL and the hookers and drug dealers and all the crime they run from Vista and cambridge onto Dumont street they dont live there. It is actually quite with real working people (JOBS) and families. So please back off Eric he is doing his very best to take care of a property that just gets a bad rap.. Oh yesa and the pools get shut down because the people who live in the Vista and surrounding apartments come there to swim because it is clean then those bad butt kids put trash soap chairs trash in the pool and then it gets closed. So have all your facts befor you run off at hte mouth about somethings you know nothing about. Tammy
