The management of this place was horrible. If you talk to the people in the front office, just talk to the manager and assistant manager, the other two just treat you like crap.

The apartment grounds looked nice, but in the time we lived there, just over 7 months we had 5 large trees fall, and 3-4 cars were damaged because the trees fell on carports. I guess mother nature has her role here, but there should be some better maintenance.

Our experience with maintenance was a joke. They tried to spray paint the inside of our toilet to make it white, and never took the time to fix it. Our faucet constantly leaked, and worst of all we had about 5 minutes of hot water. We asked for them to take care of the hot water heater several times, but they never truly took care of it.

Parking was hard to come by unless you tried to park during the afternoon, at night I had to park at the front of the complex several times. Our covered spot did not have lighting.

While there were negatives to this whole bit, if you didn't have to work with management, the place was decent for the price. We left because our rent jumped $60 within 7 months.
