I have lived here for almost one year now. This place is disgusting. There is trash all over the complex and nobody bothers to pick it up. People fix their cars in the carports which is supposed to be against the lease. Half the time it looks like little Tijuana around here.

I noticed another posting talking about a break in at his neighbors. My neighbor's apartment was broken into as well.

The other morning I was awakened at 6 am by someone screaming. Apparently a domestic event was going on and this woman screamed and screamed. The cops came, the ambulance came. Yeah, GOOD MORNING, right'

When I first moved in here there was a nice mixture of folks living here. Now it's predominantly Mexican with Mexican music blaring and Mexican guys making crude remarks and noises when you walk by.

And, perhaps the poster before me should get glasses cause there are roaches EVERYWHERE in this place.

I've been looking at other apts. for when my lease is up and have found newer, cleaner, quieter, safer PET FRIENDLY apartments in Vegas for the same or even just a few dollars more per month.

No, I don't recommend this place. My daughter calls it "the ghetto."
