Horrible Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Before moving in, we were promised new carpet in the apartment we were going to rent. Upon arrival we found- carpet with cigarette burns ALL over and a dirty apartment. We had to clean for hours before moving our stuff in. There was even a dirty sock left in the closet. Neighbor says the same happened to them. There is NO security, regardless what management promises. The security gate is NEVER working and there is no patrol... and this is an area that needs patrol. Drug deals, shady people hanging out, a guy arrested last week for "watching the kids from his car" with a towel over his lap. Just scary stuff. Don't let how it looks during the day fool you. This is a scary, unsafe place.
