shootings and broken apliances, what a dump!!!!!

lets see where do i start.....well i moved in june 2005 very excited, nice floor plan affordable washer and dryer in unit, seemed very nice during the day. living here has taught me to always check out where you are moving at night on the weekend. well at rancho mesa more like any time after the sun goes down. now lets see my washer broke and i informed mngmnt, no one came for 2 weeks so i called again, this had went on for 3 months with a broken washer, finally a man came up touched a button and said it was fixed, thenext day same thing, still broken, up untill i moved out my washer stayed broke, oh let me not forget about the gun shots that made me jump and almost hit the ceiling one night, came out of my room and heard a man crying " i've been shot ive been shot help" he was sitting on my stars outside my door, that was the 5th time in 6 months that gun shots and shooting were going on . if you care about your children, or your family i highly suggest staying as far away as possible from rancho mesa

I just can't believe every time I read about shootings it just seems that there is not one good apartment complex where everyone complains about different complexes and all the complexes seem the same. It is a shame that Vegas use to be a nice state but what ever happened to the Landlords (not the managements) they just don't give a damn as long as they get their rents. The state should get their big butts off their chairs and look into all these constant problems in all these complexes not just one, because the state is paying for all these low life people who are on section 8 to live here. Also most of these complexes there are too many in one bedroom apt. If the state would open BOTH their eyes and do a regular checkup on these complexes people would be able to live a decent life in a decent place.
