Nice grounds with grass and attractive trees. Disappointed with it overall. Were told there is donuts and coffee every morning in the club house. Never saw a donut and the 99cent store quality coffee isn't even provided with cups. Have to bring your own from your apartment. Was told about Monday night football parties in club house that never occured. The pool was shut down in the middle of summer for maintenance for weeks. The gym is only open for a few hours a day. Had to join 24HR fitness. I had the chain to my moped and bicycle cut and both were stolen. That could happen anywhere though. An O.K. deal for the prime location behind the Palms if you get the $35 move-in special and can negotiate lower rent. Definately not worth the normal $760/month.
