Great location for strip worker and I had I great deal when we moved in. I have lived here for three years. Roaches and ants are horrible. I could not get rid of them even when I paid for a bug man to come. He used everything and they came back even out of the sinks. Mold is horrible and the bathromm if falling apart. The tiles wont stay on and the shower leaks from underneath. IT took a year to finally get it fixed and now my shower tiles is three different colors and rotting. It takes a month or more to get things fixed. You don't know when they will come and if you call they tell they can't tell if or when they will come. For example the maintaince people will come and tell you they will be back tomorrow. Then you won't see them for a week with no communication. I can't wait to move.

We are very concerned to hear complaints like this from our residents. As far as pest issues, we do provide free weekly pest control to all of our residents. We work very closely with Terminix to prevent pest control problems and have proactive solutions if concerns may arise. It is never our practice to make any resident wait excessively for work needed in their apartment. We always respond to work orders in the order they are called in, with urgent situations completed first. If there were any suspicion of mold on the property, it would be investigated thoroughly. We take these complaints very seriously and would be happy to rectify the situation if given the chance.

Yep, the place is falling apart. Be careful when you move out; they're redoing the units and charging former residents for everything!
