My husband and I are having to move out of state as he got a job transfer. We have lived here for 4 years. During the past 2 years the new owners and new property manager have been great. The owner is in town and visits the property frequently. he always speaks to me and addressing and suggestions or problems I have, despite however minor.

Birdie the manager is such a dear. She is a gracious lady who runs a tight ship! The grounds are immaculant and I am always proud to entertain friends in our home. Being able to have two garages sure helped once our daughter got her first car.

I will miss the resident computer room as well as the sun tanning bed. That was a luxury I do not know what I will do without.

The staff is strong and stable! That maintenance supervisor is beyond helpful! I am going to cry because these people are my friends!! I do not want to move!! I love this place and I love these people!! They are now, forever and will always be my second family!!

This post is old. There is HORRIBLE new management now. Do not use this post in making your decision, EVERYTHING has changed here at Rancho Ocaso!!!
