Ever since the head-leasing agent named Birdie left, the new manage has been horrible. They misapplied our payment; said rent was late, when the checks were clearly cashed on time. They even said we was out of lease and they was going to charge us $100.00 extra a month until we moved. Our lease was not up, and they could not find any paperwork to back their story up. After being fed up, we ended our contacted and moved out. After we moved out our refund check was short. First of off they said we paid $200.00, when we paid $250.00, the amount for a three bedroom. Then they got the nerve to try to charge us for carpet cleaning, when the carpet was not even dirty. We only had a few minor stains in the living room. What was the non-refundable $200.00 cleaning fee for' Not to mention, when you move in, you do not get new carpet. They give you this old clean several of times carpet. Ours did not even touch the wall completely in the dining area. They had cut a large piece out of it, of what seems to be replacement. BE SMART, BEFORE YOU MOVE IN ANY APARTMENT, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, ASK NEIGHBORS HOW LONG THEY BEEN THERE. "RANCHO OCASO, ALWAYS TREATING PEOPLE LIKE TRASH".
