Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I lived in Rancho Ocaso Apt for 4yr I couldnt take management any more I'm a 47yr old
women,once I gave my 30 day notice and as time went by I was waiting for my deposit 1month and 1/2 went by.I called and they stated they didnt have any info on my apartment and they will call me back well 1wk went by.Shirley stated that I would not be getting my $1200 deposit back because I had a dof which is not true and that the carpet was damage went was not.This apartment management is rude and will cheat you out of everything they dont like to fix anything.So i had to get a lawyer to get double my deposit back I bet she will think next time she mess with the wrong person
