I LIVE AT RC FOR 5 YEARS AND APT WAS RAMSACKED BY EITHER PROPERTY STAFF OR CONSTABLE WHO REFERRED ME TO CONSTABLE LEGAL SERVICES. THE EMPLOYEES ARE MISERABLE THERE.
