Getting out on Eastern can be a pain but it is set back from the street so it's not so loud. The property is pretty. There is a lot of grass and trees, and they are well taken care of and clean. There can be a lot of kids in the pool but that's normal in my experience. My neighbors are pretty much all quiet and friendly. I totally agree that the old manager was awful! The new manager does a good job though. Why are people so concerned with security' The last place I lived had "security" and all he did was sleep in his truck and hit on the underage girls. Those guys aren't security. They are idiots that have low paying jobs and don't care at all about what goes on during thier shift! All in all, Rancho Serene is a nice place to live. My apartment is cute and it's close to everything. Oh, and I don't party. I work, go to school, and take care of my daughter!
