I agree with all the horrible things posted on this website about Rancho Serene. The maintenance sucks, my boyfriend has had to fix things because they either fix it wrong, or don't show up. The office staff is always in a pissy mood, you can feel the tension between them all, not such a good feeling when you walk in the office. They have one office worker that's always drunk on her days off. They never enforce any rules, or should I say they are selective when and who they want to enforce rules to. For an example there's a family of 6 that live there, and one Sunday they had huge pool party with friends, and were loud all day, and night screaming, doing cannon balls( which by the way they say aren't allowed) but yet not a word said to them. Keep in mind you are only allowed 4 guest to the pool, at least that's what they told me, and my boyfriend. This place SUCKS!!! I could go on there's so much to complain about. DO NOT RENT HERE.

well said! and be forewarned: the houses nearby are JUST as bad, because 80% of them are RENTALS with each room rented separately, almost always to a 20ish male imbecile who drives loud dirtbikes around in circles all day long and lives off of welfare and section 8 - you think any of these LOSERS ever worked a DAY in their LIVES???
