Everything on here is negative and horrible. If you were to make your decision based on these reviews, you just shouldn't live in Las Vegas at all! I live at Rancho Serene and I really had no intention of posting anything but for goodness sake!
Every apartment has it's issues. It can be loud here around the pool in the evening in the Summer, but it is not horrible. Parking can be difficult at times around my apartment but it looks like we are possibly one of the tighter buildings. Maintenace is no worse any other place I have been, and better than most. The office staff is pleasant, the manager seems to be together, and spends a lot more time in her office working then the last dippy they had here. There are grass and trees and the location is good. I also think my apartment is pretty darn cute.
This is a nice place to be if you have a decent attitude. Apartment living is always a compromise but it can be a lot of fun too.

I am confused. Do you know what perpetual means? If so, why are you complaining? You are upset that there is someone who comes here regularly to keep our grounds looking nice? Would you prefer that your trash lays around? It seems doubtful that you are interested in keeping your community nice. I log on this morning and I have an email that says I have one response since yesterday afternoon? This is it? Is this what you do? You hang around and wait for people to post on here so that you can leave rude comments that make no sense? You just made my case.
If you are reading this and believe that the above idiot is a reliable source, PLEASE! PLEASE! move elsewhere! I certainly don't want you as my neighbor.
