I loved to lived at Rancho Verde Apartments is centrally located near the strip without the noise, transportation at all times, close to the Las Vegas Outlet, you find everything you need in Rancho Verde Apartments, but what I like must is the open areas and so many trees when you want to go camping you can do it in the same areas, so many trees. I just loved it.

I hated rancho verde apartments. Noise you had nothing but noise. The building next to use had a fire due to a meth lab. Another building had a homicide. Another apartment burnt up do to electrical problems. Thats cause the maintanence only worked at night cause he was so high he couldnt sleep and never completed the job. We lived their one year we never hot hot water in the laundry rooms. Had people staring into my daughters bedroom and throughing rocks thru her window to get her attention. When we finaly found out who it was he had to be about 45 years of age. Staff never did anything about it so i night my husband was standing around the corner and caught the man. He was a resident and still no one did anything about it. I was charged to repair the window 2 times. Not only that i was charged 5000.00 on my credit. The whole property is not worth 5000.00. My children couldnt even swim in the pool cause it was always locked up. Do not rent from Rancho Verde apartments and if you do it is because you are desperate and cant get any thing better. Sorry to be so crule but it is all true.
