No Way

I lived here from 2001-2003. This stated out nice but went to down hill really fast when they started offering $99 movein specials. I hate to argue with a cop, but there were drug deals going on there, especially in the back of the property. As for the pools, the one up front was nice, I don't know abou the one in the back. I saw the cops there many times, usually for domestic things and once to break up a fight in the playground between to thugs, I don't think they even lived there. Overall I would say that the apartments are average, the management is terrible and the other residents are just about what you would expect in a low-class apartment complex in Las Vegas. The place is up for sale now, I wouldn't even think about buying one! Chris, who used to be the manager was very nice, but she left after being treated like crap by the residents. We still stay in touch and she confirmed that the office staff was indeed fired for failing to pass their drug test.
