I have lived here for two years and my personal opinion of this community is very positive.

My neighbors are very quiet and courteous and the common areas are well maintained and spotless. As with any community, there is occasional person who isn't accustomed to civilized living, but those types tend to lead very transient lives, so sooner or later they move on. I personally recommend this community to anyone who cares about where they live. I think it provides great value for the amenities and location.
