I have been here since these were transformed from crapy apartments to a very well run condo complex. Since it has been condos the place has been redone very well and it has 24 hours security and you just can't imagine how much of a difference that makes here. I will be buying my unit next month on a lease option and would recomend that anyone that can also buy here. But only if your a good neighbor.

This is a very nice comunity, I'm living hear for a year. First I was disapointed with level of security but after a while I notice that is a best thing hear. It so quiet, office is open every day and you can solv your problems daily. Only bad thing hear is very small patio. The worst thing is that same space on patio is in One bedroom and every other appartments. Too small. But score for this community is 5.0

Excellent place for a gated condo community, great amenities and quite secluded location but yet still close to grocery stores, etc..... I have been living here for almost 2 years and just love it. The place is well taken care of by the Rancho Viejo associations......
