My wife and i have lived in this gated community for about 2 years. for the most part is is nice and quiet. the few noise problems we have had were resolved by management quickly. Maintanance is responsive, and respectful. A nice thing about this community, is that there are no upstair neighbors. you may have someone next to you, but as we are in an end unit, we only deal with one neighbor. the grounds are well kept, and, being in summerland, this is one of the places in Las Vegas where you live amoungst trees and grass. Parking is a chanlange for guests, but every unit has a 2 car attached garage. the rent is a bit high, but we feel it is worth it for the service. As for bugs, that is an issue any where in southern nevada. ask them to spray, and within a few days, it is done. problem solved.
