Overall, a decent place to live. It is gated, although one of the two gates seems to always be broken. That being said, they are generally repaired within a week unless it's a major problem with the card reader. I don't hear my neighbor unless he's seriously jamming to some music, although the landscapers do start work at 7 a.m. Pool area and grounds are well-kept. The mailbox area has been broken into once since I've lived here, but new locks and door jambs are in place to deter further break-ins. A big plus is the two car attached garage, and it's big enough for two cars to park and open the doors. The downside is that parking spots are few and far between. Two spots for approximately 8 units, and a bigger lot at the far end of the property. Both rooms have a walk-in closet, and the master has an extra closet adjacent to the attached bathroom. Windows are a bit old and sometimes stick when trying to open or close them. Allowed Nevada Power to change out thermostat for the energy-saving program ones. Office staff very responsive and will learn what unit you rent quickly.
