This place stinks. Yes it is peaceful (until the landscaping people show up with there lawnmowers and leaf blowers) but the management is rude and unfriendly, that is to say after you move in. They are nice until you move in.

The maintenance crew is horrible as well, the guy who lived above me had his water heater leak and it leaked into my apartment at about 1:00 in the morning. It took forever to get them to come fix it and when they did the guy was too tired to care about being efficient. He fixed the leak but did not clean the mess it left.

Therefore my apartment stunk for the last 2 months I lived there. And despite the numerous calls to clean it up they just kept saying "Well get to it when we can." Never the less it still was like that when I left.

Also when I moved in they didn?t have anyone clean the apartment so for the first 2 weeks I lived there it was nasty, then they finally got a cleaning crew in there.

My bathroom sink was rusted on the drain and out of all the 30 times I needed to call the maintenance to fix it, every time they came and looked at it they scraped it and said "it?s fine like that, we wont hold it against you when you move out."

So with all that plus ALL the other problems with my apartment (not to leave out the NASTY dishwasher that they refused to clean) I would have to say that this place needs to be shut down or hire new management and staff.

I warn all that want to move there, DON?T unless you want to spend extra money to fix everything yourself and be treated like dirt :(
