I've been here about two years now and since we've been here,there have been about three managment changes and one ownership change. SInce I've been here, the rent has been raised four times for "water" or your lease being up. As far as maintenance goes, I think theyy've done a pretty good job getting my things fixed and it was pretty clean in here when I moved in. My only problems are bugs ( I live close to the pool),my noisy upstairs neighbors(about six up there!)and the new owners,who among moving into the company has ruined it. All the staff is quitting and the place looks like ---- because there is no longer a groundskeeper and the maint. crew has been reduced by half.It used to look immaculate here. I'm living there for the time being,but for the price I'm paying for a two bedroom, I might as well be in a better place.Other than that I'm cool
