A decent place to stay while you look for something better

Management staff is super friendly but fairly useless. Maintenance requests go completely ignored, although if you are lucky enough to schedule a time for maintenance, rest assured they won't show up and won't call. Most of the units have been recently renovated, so thankfully the need for maintenance isn't huge, but broken appliances, in my experience, have stayed broken for MONTHS before replacements arrive. Regardless of the number of bedrooms, only one parking space is assigned per unit, and uncovered "free parking" is almost non-existent. On the plus side, the grounds are always clean and well maintained, bug free, and beautifully landscaped.
