The apartment complex is always dirty or under " construction" the ALWAYS shut the water off for a whole day without notice, they always tow your car even if you have tags on it and everything is up to day so if you don't leave your house for a couple of days your car will be towed god forbid anyone go on vacation.. When you need something fixed they dont come. I had my closet break and it took them 4 months to come fix it. I had a leak somewhere in the kitchen and it started to leak under the carpet they walked thru couldnt find the leak so there was " nothing they could do" our dishwasher was been broken since we moved in and not one person and has came to fix it yet( a year ago) the people in the office are so rude. PLUS! someone is always just walking in your apartment even if you told them they cant come inside unless someone is home I have had a group a men walk into my house in the morning telling me the office gave them our apartment key to " clean the carpets" and I have had the maintenance walk in my apartment while i was in the shower/naked. I cant wait untillmy lease is up not worth the money you pay!

Obviously someone who wanted to "negate a lease" - I've resided at Reflections at the Lakes for over 7 years. The grounds, minus the occasional winds are kept clean and fresh - the landscaping is phenominal. Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours of any call I've made in the 7 years here...maybe a case of "nasty attitude" or DO NOT ENTER - prevents maintenance from responding until residence are home. I'm sure this is one of those people who signed a lease and figured they'd make some false accusations to be let out of their lease or something....as a resident, hopefully this person is gone, as any resident here I've come to know loves the place, and really don't care to have "whining, complaining, and deceiptful" people in their community. I'm sure whatever property this person is at now is wishing they hadn't signed them up as a resident....good luck, they'll be trying to get out of another lease somewhere!!!!!
